What should I know about check-in, check-out and getting here?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Late check-out can be requested, subject to availability. The hotel is about a 90-minute drive down Highway 307 from Cancún airport. Private transfers can be booked through the concierge, and the hotel recommends pre-arranging a pick-up if you will not rent a car. Parking on site is complimentary.
