Its opening days vary, so ask the concierge to reserve a table. When sargassum is heavy on the beach, the jungle-side pool is a good alternative, subject to availability.
Is this a good suite for a romantic stay?
Yes. The jungle-side garden setting, the king bed and the calm, individually decorated interior suit couples. Guests can book in-room massage or visit La Valise Spa, which has couples' treatment rooms and is open to guests aged 18 and over. What are check-in and check-out times, and how do I get to the hotel?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to availability. The hotel is at Km 8.7 on the Tulum–Boca Paila road, about 90 minutes by car from Cancún airport via Highway 307.
