The hotel is a few steps from South Tulum Beach and has a private beach area. Each side of the property has a large pool, and a poolside bar overlooks the water. The beachfront restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. NÜ Tulum, the Michelin-recognised dinner restaurant, is across the road on the jungle side.
Can I get a massage or room service in the Junior Room?
Yes. Room service runs 24 hours, and in-room massage can be arranged. The on-site La Valise Spa is also open daily and offers massages, facials and yoga. Guests under 18 are not admitted to the spa.
What are check-in and check-out times, and how do I get to the hotel?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at noon. Late check-out can be requested, subject to availability. The hotel is about a 90-minute drive down Highway 307 from Cancún airport. The concierge can book private transfers, and the hotel recommends pre-arranging a pick-up if you are not renting a car.
What should I know about the beach and the best time to visit?
Sargassum can build up on the beach, most often from around April or May through October. When that happens, guests are invited to use the large jungle-side pool, on a first-come, first-served basis. The driest, clearest weather runs from late November through April.
